  • 125 Lilly Road.  The Applicants seek a special exception pursuant to §350-501.B(1)(Special exception uses) of the West Caln Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the operation of a family day care home as a major home occupation on the subject parcel, in accordance with the provisions of §350-1101.C(12)(Residential accessory uses, buildings, or structures) and §350-1115 (Home occupation/home-based business (major and minor/no impact)), and any other relief that may be necessary.
  • 428 Hill Road.  The Applicant seeks a variance from §350-1101.A(2)(c)(Accessory uses, buildings, and structures) to permit the construction of a horse barn which will be located further forward on the lot than the front line of the principal building, where it is otherwise prohibited, and any other relief that may be necessary.
