101 Cains Road- Applicant seeks variances from §350-502.B(1)(e) and (f)(Area and bulk requirements) of the West Caln Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of two detached garages which will increase the lot coverage on the property to approximately 26.5% where 20% is the maximum permitted lot coverage, and will increase the building coverage on the property to approximately 18.2% where 10% is the maximum permitted building coverage. The Applicant also seeks variances from §350-1101.A(4)(Accessory uses, buildings and structures) to permit two detached garages with heights of approximately 27 feet and 17 feet, where 15 feet is the maximum permitted height of an accessory building, and any other relief that may be necessary.
