Chambers Lake Boat Launch and Parking Lot *Temporary Closure*

Chester County Parks + Preservation in cooperation with The Chester County Water Resources Authority will be temporarily closing Chambers Lake for public access during a planned herbicide application.

Princeton Hydro has informed CCWRA they plan to make the first of a series of applications on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Therefore, the public boat launch and parking lot will be closed the evening of Tuesday, May 19 through Thursday, May 21. The area will be reopened following completion of the applications, estimated to be completed by the early afternoon of Thursday, May 21. 

The application is weather dependent. If there are changes in the schedule due to weather or other conditions, we will provide an update.
